EVENT OPERATIONS LEAD

OVERVIEW: The YOM Event Team is an essential part of our mission to bring joy to our communities through ice cream and the Event Operations Lead is the foundation of our team. This is a fast-paced detail-oriented support role focusing on the execution of community events, including preparation, transportation, and customer engagement.

  • Full-time: Thursday – Sunday, Monday – Wednesday as needed
  • Compensation: $16-20/hr + tips (~$5-10/hr for events)
  • Location: greater Metro Atlanta area, indoor/outdoor, primarily at farmers markets, festivals, and conventions

EVENT TEAM

OVERVIEW: At YOM we spark joy in our communities though ice cream and our Event Team is an essential part of this mission. If you are an energetic and fun-loving individual we’d love to have you on the Team! Event Team members connect with and distribute ice cream to customers and are responsible for the prep, set up, and break down of event materials.

  • Full-time + Part-time Available
  • Compensation: $16-18/hr + tips (~$5-10/hr for events)
  • Location: greater Metro Atlanta area, indoor/outdoor, primarily at farmers markets, festivals, and conventions
